What "BUYERS" Should Know About Me:
I have never “sold” anyone a home. I will
“assist” my Buyers research and analyze homes until they
find the Home of their Dreams, but I never “push” a sale.
There is nothing worse than to be making the most important decision in
your life and having the agent (who is supposedly your adversary)
pushing you to make a choice before you are comfortable with a decision.
This is one of the most important purchases in a person’s life
and you should feel excited yet comfortable with your decision. My
negotiating skills are used to help you purchase a home with the best
possible terms……my negotiating skills are not used to
pressure you to purchase.
My Home Buying Process:
First we make a list of your “must have” criteria, and a
separate list of your “would really like” criteria.
We then tour homes that fit that criteria, making notes on each property sheet.
Then we sit down and analyze the “pros” and “cons” for each property.
This is the best way I have found for my Buyers to make a logical and informed decision about their Home Purchase.
My no-pressure and highly supportive relationship with Buyers is what
has made my business almost solely fed by referrals of my past clients.
